Featherdale

We had been told that this was a great place to visit...so we did! We had an OK day, but it really just confirmed why we don't like animal parks and zoos. Some animals seem fine, but you know that they'd rather be in their natural habitat. That then brings us to the issue of animal conservation, but that makes my head hurt trying to work out what the answer is. I obvisouly support and applaud those situations where animals are released back into the wild, but how often does that happen? Is there any point in breeding endangered animals just to keep them in a cage for the rest of their lives?
